This guide will help you enjoy Signature’s digital performances on your preferred device. You can stream on your computer, tablet, smartphone or smart TV.

How to Watch on Your Computer, Tablet or Smartphone

  • Visit the My Tickets page in your account and click “Watch Video” on the video production, or click the link in the email we’ve sent you.
  • Enter the email and password you used when purchasing the video. If you don’t remember your login information, click “Forgotten password” and you will receive an email to reset your password.
  • You will then have access and may watch the video on your web browser.
  • To watch in fullscreen, click the icon in the bottom right of the video player.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Check your internet connection and speed.
  • Try restarting your browser or device.
  • Try closing browser tabs that aren’t in use.
  • Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
  • Try using a different browser. Signature’s digital productions are best viewed on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.

How to Watch on Your TV with Apple TV

If you have both an Apple device (Mac laptop, desktop computer, iPad or iPhone) and an Apple TV, you can stream the video to your TV.

  • Open the video performance on your Apple device using the instructions above (see How to Watch on Your Computer).
  • In the video playback controls, click
  • Select your Apple TV or smart TV.
  • iPhone or iPad only: swipe up from the bottom of your device. On the menu, tap “Screen Mirroring.” Select your Apple TV or smart TV.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Make sure your device is connected to the same wifi network as your Apple TV.
  • Make sure that your devices are updated to the latest software version.
  • On your TV, make sure you are on the input channel associated with your Apple TV.
  • Make sure that your device is near your TV.

How to watch on your TV with Google Chromecast

If you have a Google Chromecast device and a TV with an HDMI input, you can stream your video to your TV.

  • Open the video performance in the Chrome browser (see How to Watch on Your Computer).
  • At the top right, click More Cast icons
  • Choose the Chromecast device that is connected to your TV.
  • When you’re done, to the right of the address bar, click Cast Active cast extension and then Stop casting.

  • Make sure your device is connected to the same wifi network as your Chromecast device.
  • Make sure that your devices are updated to the latest software version.
  • On your TV, make sure you are on the input channel associated with your Chromecast device.
  • Make sure that your device is near your TV.

How to Watch on Your TV with Amazon Fire Stick

If you have a Amazon Fire Stick device and a TV with an HDMI input, you can stream your video to your TV. Please note, Amazon Fire Stick does NOT support streaming from Apple devices (Mac laptop, desktop, iPad, iPhone).

  • Open the video performance in a browser on your Windows computer or mobile device (see How to Watch on Your Computer).
  • If you have not yet connected your Windows computer to your Amazon Fire Stick, follow the instructions that came with the device.
  • Press and hold the home button on the Amazon Fire Stick to bring up a menu that displays the options “Apps, Sleep, Mirroring and Settings.
  • Select Mirroring and choose your computer or mobile device.

  • Make sure your device is connected to the same wifi network as your Amazon Fire Stick.
  • Make sure that your devices are updated to the latest software version.
  • On your TV, make sure you are on the input channel associated with your Amazon Fire Stick.
  • Make sure that your device is near your TV.

How to Watch on Your TV with an HDMI Cable

If you have an HDMI cable and compatible ports for it on your device and your TV, you can stream your video to your TV.

  • Open the video performance on your device in the browser you prefer (see How to Watch on Your Computer).
  • Connect one end of the cable to the HDMI port on your device and the other end to an HDMI port on your TV.
  • Set the TV to the HDMI input channel that the computer is connected to.
