Ticket Policies and Discounts
- No one younger than 6 years old will be admitted into the Theatre.
- Since our theatres are flexible black box spaces, our seating configurations change from show to show. Click here to see this season’s seating charts.
- Performances begin on time. Late seating will be made at an appropriate seating break, but could be several minutes into the performance.
- The house opens approximately 30 minutes before curtain for seating.
Signature understands that life gets in the way and strives to be flexible with our ticketing policies – we want to ensure your peace of mind when purchasing tickets. While tickets are final sale and may not be returned, we do offer ticket exchanges for both subscribers and single ticket purchasers.
Tickets may only be exchanged into the same production and are based on availability. Tickets may not be exchanged after the performance has passed as we are then unable to re-sell the seat to another guest. If the performance/seat being exchanged into is more expensive than the original ticket, the difference in price must be paid.
Subscriber Exchange Policy
Subscribers may exchange tickets without any handling fees up to 24 hours prior to the performance. Day of ticket exchanges for subscribers will incur a $5 per ticket exchange fee.
Single Ticket Exchange Policy
Tickets may be exchanged for a nominal fee of $5 per ticket up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance.

If you are unable to attend and can’t or don’t want to exchange your tickets, you may return them to the Box Office for a tax deductible refund. Ticket donations can be made up to 24 hours before the performance so that we have time to resell the ticket to another customer.
The following ticket discount programs cannot be combined with any other discount or subscription package:
$25 tickets are available in Tiers 2 and 3 for every performance for FULL-TIME students with current student ID. One ticket per each valid ID. Use code STU25 when ordering (tickets held at will call – must present valid I.D. for each ticket).
$22 for select Tier 2 and 3 seats to the first two Tuesday public performances of every run. There is a limit of two (2) tickets per person per production. Any online orders over the limit will automatically be canceled and refunded. Tickets are held at the Box Office, but may be picked up in advance. Use code TUES22 when ordering.
Signature’s 2017/18 season will be the last season with $22 Tuesday tickets available.
A limited amount of $40 tickets (typically in the sides and rear) are available for every single performance at Signature – while supplies last. No promo code is needed.
$150 for families of 4, which must include two children between 6 and 17, proof of age required. Must order by phone at 703 820 9771 (ticket held at will call).
First Responders Discount
$25% off full price tickets for police officers, EMTs, firefighters for all mainstage shows (does not include cabarets, concerts, special events). Use code FIRST (tickets held at will call – must present valid I.D.)
25% off full price tickets for teachers and school support staff for all mainstage shows (does not include cabarets, concerts, special events). Use code TEACH (tickets held at will call – must present valid I.D.)
Military Blue Star Program

$30 at the Box Office only beginning one hour prior to show. Subject to availability and on a first-come, first served basis. At sold out performances, rush prices may not be offered.
