Don’t feel like participating in a class but want to see the new Signature Theatre Education Studios? Sign up for the observation only Song Interpretation Masterclass; or you can also stop by during the event and do a walk through of our new spaces – see the classrooms and our new costume storage area (space permitting). Additionally, a few of the classes will offer room for observers at the back of the room.

FAQs
When is the Education Studios Preview event?
- Saturday, September 13 from 10AM-2PM. If you do not wish to sign up for any of the free classes, you can still come to the studios during the preview event and walk through the space, seeing the classrooms and costume storage area (space permitting).
Are all activities at the Education Studios Preview event on September 13 free?
- Yes! But online registration is required in advance for the classes. Click the links above to register for specific classes.
Do I have to register ahead of time for Education Studios Preview Day classes?
- Yes, advance registration is required. There might be limited space available for last minute drop ins, but to guarantee your spot register online in advance.
Can I sign up for more than one experience / class?
- Yes, but we ask that you spread the joy! Limit your choices to a maximum of 2 events so that more people can take advantage of this opportunity.
May I observe classes?
- Yes, you may observe some of the classes. For classes with students under 18, only parents and guardians will be allowed to observe (space permitting). The private coaching rooms do not have space for any observers.
- Please note: if you are observing, you do not need to register in advance.
What should I prepare for my class / coaching?
- Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.
Where are Signature’s Education Studios?
- The Education Studios are in the Village at Shirlington, just a block and a half down the street from Signature’s main theater, in the area near Dogma, Subway and The UPS Store (behind Thai Shirlington). The address is 2784 S. Arlington Mill Dr.
