Signature in the Schools: Failureland!
Mar 3 & Mar 10Right as she is about to submit her college applications, Tori falters and questions her ability and worth. Suddenly, she’s whisked away to Failureland, an enchanted haven where she meets famous historical figures such as Vincent van Gogh, Galileo and Maya Angelou who share their experiences with fear, failure and hope. In Signature’s 30th Signature in the Schools play, area high school students perform an original comedy by Dani Stoller about erasing self-doubt, finding your courage, and the definition of success.

About Signature in the Schools
Signature in the Schools, Signature Theatre’s flagship education program, is a multifaceted program that encompasses workshops for English, Social Studies and Theatre classes, theatrical training for young artists, and the creation of an original play. The program includes pre-show visits to school classrooms, resources for students and curriculum guides for teachers. Signature in the Schools is offered to all participants free of charge. Students from throughout Northern Virginia also attend daytime performances for free to see their peers perform.
