The Tony Award-winning musical makes its debut at Signature Theatre. The easy waltz of life transforms itself into the dangerous rhythms of the tango. It's Berlin, 1928. Aging ballerinas fall for penniless barons. Stenographers long for Hollywood. Poverty and war knock at the door. Artistic Director Eric Schaeffer brings his unique vision to this world of power, greed and failing beauty. Featuring an all-star Washington cast along with a twelve piece orchestra. This will be a Grand Hotel!

Book By Luther Davis
Music and Lyrics by Robert Wright and George Forrest
Based on Vicki Baum's "Grand Hotel"
Additional Music & Lyrics by Maury Yeston
Directed by Eric Schaeffer
